SOLS Paper Print and Copy Services

Instructors in the School of Life Sciences have access to copy machines and print services for large print jobs, including paper exams, syllabi, and other materials. For any questions or concerns regarding the copy machine, access to the copy room, or printing services, email [email protected].

Self-Service Copy Machine Access

If Faculty or Graduate TAs wish to make copies for your courses, you can access SOLS copiers in the following locations:

SOLS Copy Room, LSC 536

  • This room houses the color copier (formerly in LSA 189) and the black and white copier (formerly in LSA 123)
  • You will need a physical or mobile ASU ID with activation verification from SOLS Facilities to access the room. Please arrange for access in advance by submitting the Room Access Request form, available here: https://resources.sols.asu.edu/facilities/access-form.

Faculty and Staff Mailroom, LSE 242

The copier is available when the building is open. Those who have key card access to LSE can utilize this copier 24/7.

What to bring with you:

  • Physical or mobile ASU ID card (required to access LSC 536)
USB flash drive OR a physical printout of the document(s) to be copied (Note: files must be saved on flash drive as PDFs in order to print)

Instructions for common copier functions and USB flash drive usage are posted in the copy room for your convenience. Detailed operating manuals for each copier can be found on the back of each machine.

*Activation of your ASU ID card for the keyless access system requires that the relevant ASU training modules be completed, which may take time. Please submit your requests early to prevent any issues with access.

Need Scantron answer sheets for the exam? You can pick those up from the Undergraduate Programs front office in LSC 104.
